Continued Airworthiness Management Organisation
Austro Control GmbH is responsible for the approval and supervision of the organizations for continued airworthiness according to Annex I to Regulation (EU) No. 1321/2014, Part M, Subpart G.
With EU regulations 2019/1383, 2019/1384 and 2020/270, the requirements for CAMOs were summarized in a separate Annex (Annex 5c, Part CAMO). Valid CAMO approvals must be transferred to the new Part CAMO by March 24th, 2022. The approvals according to Part M Subpart G expire automatically on 3/24/2022.
Since September 24th, 2020 no more approvals according to Part M Subpart G can be issued. All new approvals must already be issued according to PART CAMO.

In order to make the transfer to the new Part CAMO as easy as possible, we provide all the necessary information and forms here. Austrocontrol follows the EASA “Guide for Transition” during the transition. You can find additional information in the Part CAMO Transition Presentation. The application for a transfer of Subpart G Approval should be submitted directly to Austro Control GmbH using Form 2.
