Laser
Lasers constitute an optical interference according to § 94 LFG.
Within and below safety zones, the use of lasers of Classes 1M, 2M, 3R, 3B and 4 in accordance with ÖVE/ÖNORM EN 60825-1+A11+A2 "Safety of laser equipment - Part 1: Classification of equipment, requirements and user guidelines" is only permitted with a permission in accordance with § 94.
Exempted from this are lasers and laser equipment required for maintenance activities as well as for the maintenance of safe and orderly operation of aerodromes.
